Additional support in the workplace

I soon came to realise that the businesses I work with are all people-first and wanted to continue to support their employees, in different ways, to create an improved culture, employee engagement, loyalty and productivity.

My passion is to continue to ‘sow seeds’ for positive change within and outside of the workplace.

Nicola Green Consultancy collaborates with Associates to provide additional supportive services. Such services are provided online, in person and a hybrid model.
