In Nicola’s Words
“I have met so many women who have been mis-diagnosed due to their lack of knowledge and understanding around menopause and my presentations will help prevent this from being the case for future generations.
We were taught about puberty and reproduction at school but nobody educated us on menopause or the impact it can have on an individual and those closest to them.
I have lived through my premature menopause whilst being married, bringing up a young family, holding down a career and all the other pressures of today’s life and I know how difficult it can be.
The addition of life coaching style support sessions, with my ‘Inspire and Ignite’ programmes and personal development plans continue to motivate individuals to take a new, productive direction in their lives.”
About Nicola
A wife, mum of two and family & friend ‘go to’ for guidance and support, leads for a busy life for Nicola, but she wouldn’t have it any other way!
Nicola was diagnosed with a premature menopause in her 30’s and hit her own personal rock bottom during this time due to her lack of menopause education and management of symptoms, whilst trying to balance the constant juggle of work and family life. Upon reflection, she sees this time as the catalyst she needed for positive change.
Since diagnosis, Nicola has been on a personal mission to learn how to support herself in the most effective ways to live a fulfilled life. She calls herself a ‘WIP’ and shares her experiences for the benefit of others.
Nicola brings 20+ years of corporate life and amalgamates that with 6+ years of human connection to create the most effective workplace support. This combination brings an understanding of the need of all clients to run a profitable business whilst showing understanding and empathy for employees.
Nicola’s superpower is not only how she presents, but how she connects with people.
Nicola believes we all have the choice to make change in our lives but sometimes we need to find the right person to help us do it.
